The IMPORTXML() function is a vanilla Google Sheets function, and it simply fetches the data at a particular part of a page. It doesn't use OpenAI at all. I think you asked this question because I used the IMPORTXML() function in answering another question. It is because I was simply using IMPORTXML() in combination with our AI() function so that the AI function can use a webpage as the context data.
