Q: Hi, I purchased The Tier 2 when there was 2 Tiers.
Then I purchased Tier 4 when there was 4 Tiers. Now I am seeing you released a Premium Release? I am thoroughly confused. Is the Premium Release available to Tier 4 customers? If not, are you planning on just releasing more and more add ons? I thought we were getting in early, now it seems like your plan is to keep making the early adopters pay for more add-ons as you build up?
Thoroughly confused.

Jul 20, 2024A: Hi there,
If you've been following along on emails, we've been letting our users prioritize what features to build next (via https://tally.so/r/woBML1) and Wholesale press release distribution was the most requested feature (by far) as so many of our users are small business owners and marketers who were sick of paying crazy prices to publish press releases. ALL Press Ranger users, regardless of tier, get access to wholesale distribution pricing because we think it's a critical piece of the PR ecosystem that shouldn't cost nearly as much as it does. We're not gating access based on tier nor are we trying to force upgrades by offering deeper discounts. It's simple: everyone in our community gets access to publish press releases at wholesale pricing with no middlemen.
The important thing to note is that you do not need to use the distribution service to publish a press release. You can use the media database, AI campaign, and individual publisher and journalist profiles to send press releases, stories, pitches, etc. to anyone you like. This is and always will be the core piece of Press Ranger as media databases have been locked behind expensive contracts for too long. The distribution service is for people who want the guarantee of placements and don't want to pay extortionate pricing on shady third-party websites that just mark up the pricing.
