I currently have a tier 4, but I haven't utilized your platform yet. I assume people can reach out and contact me, so what are pitch notifications? What's the advantage that they provide over normal notifications? Thank you!

Pitch Requests are a way to connect with journalists writing an active story and looking for expert quotes and commentary to make it better. We pull about ~3,000 pitch requests a month from a variety of sources and you can add Pitch Notifications on keywords relevant to your expertise. There are many from journalists writing pieces at Business Insider, Forbes, Inc, etc at any given time. If a pitch is relevant, this can be a surprisingly easy way to secure coverage.
