Q: How distribute press releases?
I am very confused. If I write a press release will you distribute from within your system? Or do I just copy paste all the contact info into my email client and distribute it that way? If you distribute it, is it an addon costs? This is way confusing. Do I pick who you distribute it too and that is free? And what it "Wholesale". Is this just you distribute to everyone (I don't pick them) but this is for an addon fee? We really need to send press releases and connect with influencers, but it needs to be simple and straight forward. Create email, pick influences, mail to them all at once. Manage replies and send follow ups. All in one place. Without addon fees. For press releasees we just want to release them far and wide and would page extra if needed. Just don't understand what you do and if there are hidden costs? Very confusing.

But you don't have to use it. You can use Press Ranger’s media database to distribute your press releases to any publisher or journalist within our network. The distribution service is a one-click way to save your time to guarantee distribution at top-tier publishers.
So if you don't want to pay to have it distributed, you can either set up an AI campaign or make a contact list of profiles that are relevant and distribute it to those profiles.
The wholesale distribution is a way to automatically publish a release. If you send it out to publishers yourself, obviously we aren't able to guarantee anything but we have tons of success stories showing this works just as well.
Steve907PLUSI guess my questions is, are the emails being sent within PressRanger? If we choose not to use the distribution service, we can still send email via your platform? Correct? Thanks.
Emails are sent via your own email, just prompted via Press Ranger so you can send emails without any limits on any tier within Press Ranger. Here's our email guide:
