Looks like you have a great product.
Here are some more, apologies if they have already been asked:
1. Are there artificial limits on how many CSV exports you can do at any one time? E.g. some databases allow 1000+ contacts exported per month, but restrict this to a low number, say 20, per export which is practically useless for a business looking to scale. Does 1000 per month mean you can download 1000 contacts in one export action?
2. Do all the contacts in your database include the business email and organization website URL/domain (i.e. not gmail.com hotmail.com etc)?
3. Can you use the CRM with contacts you enter/upload or must you use it with the contacts in your database only?

1- No limits on CSV exports except the ones based on tier. E.g. tier 2 is 2000 exports per month. Note that there is a cap on how many contacts can be added to a contact list (300). We do this because you really *don't* need a ton of contacts to run a successful campaign. Quality is way better than quantity in PR.
2- I can't say all because some freelance journalists don't have a business website and other niche cases like that, but everyone you see in search results has an email address for sure.
3-At this point you can't upload your own contacts but that's being voted on right now by our user base as to when we build it ( https://tally.so/r/woBML1)
