hi there i have a new start up company. Would tier 1 work. Is there a benefit of the csv export.

A: Only if you want to export data to your own CRM. Tier 1 is a great place to start!

I paid for Tier 8 last time you were live. I wanted it for the Basic (launched July 2024) and closed removed on March 14, 2025 I dont really see the point of having such a high tier... when you removed the package I needed. Can you downgrade me?
