For instance, after building a list of 100 relevant Los Angeles media contacts, only EIGHT had an included email address, and NONE had phone numbers upon export. This leaves me with several additional hours of manual research using provided website and social media URLs. This critical data gap significantly negates the tool's perceived "time-saving" aspect. Furthermore, needing to download the list just to see which contacts lack emails or phone numbers means I could unnecessarily exhaust valuable download credits, highlighting a need for pre-download visibility of contact completeness.

Other Observations and Key Areas for Improvement:
Limited Bulk Actions: A notable drawback is the absence of straightforward ways to make mass changes. The ability to quickly delete multiple items or mark several contacts as "Not a fit" in a single action would greatly improve list curation efficiency.

Missing "Scope" Filter: I strongly believe "Scope" should be included as a filter option. This would allow me to more precisely refine searches and create lists based on a media outlet or journalist's specific reach or specialized focus, enhancing outreach relevance.
