Without a doubt, most products featured on AppSumo are early stage and so bugs, quirks, desired features aren't always present. However, after talking with Steve and having my PR guy walk through the system I've decided to upgrade from 2 to 4 codes so that he can have his own seat.

The only negative right now is that some of the media contacts listed aren't 100% accurate and there are some gaps as well (Press Ranger does have a button to update / review contacts). This can be challenging for any media list company (including ones that cost thousands of dollars per year) so I'm not surprised. It's my hope that this will get better over time, but even at the current level ... it's an absolute steal at various price points.

It appears that they are building more than simply a media list site but rather a system to help streamline PR pitching and outreach in a way that founders / managers can manage vs having to hire expensive agencies where you'll be the little account that goes overlooked. This can be a game changer.
