What constitutes a "project" in your system?
Specific scenario: I want to create the following components under one custom domain:
1. A roadmap
2. A changelog
3. A knowledge base
Question: Does this setup count as:
1 - One project (since it's all under one custom domain), or
2 - Three separate projects (since there are three distinct components)?
I'd appreciate clarification on how you define and count projects

A project is essentially a custom domain or portal that represents one product or brand. Each project is its own environment—with unique branding, settings, and URL—where you can host unlimited roadmaps, changelogs, feedback boards (like upvoting), and more.
If you have multiple brands/product, you can choose to:
- Use one project per product/brand, each with its own custom domain.
- Or group multiple products under a single project—if they share branding or user base.
So in your case these three items can be just in one project :)
