Q: Questions

Hi Alex,

1. In practice, what is the difference between using ProxiedMail and redirecting emails via Cloudflare or my email provider?

2. Does using "proxied emails" increase the chance of them going to the spam folder? Is this considered a red flag for email platforms?

3. What are the differences between ProxiedMail and BurnerMail?

4. Does ProxiedMail only work to receive emails or can I also send/reply emails using "proxied domains"? If so, is there a video showing/explaining the process?

5. What do "Up to 10,000 incoming API requests/webhooks" and "Up to a 50 messages limit with ProxiedMail ChatGPT email bot" mean? What can I do with them? Is this limit per email? Is it a monthly limit? I would like to understand better...

6. How many own domains can I use?

Thank you!

A: Hi,

It’s Alex, the founder of ProxiedMail.
Thank you for your question.

1. Difference with Cloudflare is the following: ability to to text someone first via “Contacts/Send” functionality, ability to reply to incoming emails , custom AI bots, API. Also better UI since entire our product is built for that, while cloudflare isn’t.
2. ProxiedMail increase the chance of going to spam when you send the email to someone first, but not dramatically. It’s not a red flag for any platform as for now.
3. Compared with burnermail with have an unlimited domains, api and basically all listed differences as cloudflare (see 1st).
4. Yes, it’s possible to send and reply as from your proxy email. I’ll send the video in the next comment,
5. API requests limited applied when you’re using an api, ai bot applies when you’re using email bot. Please pay attention that it’s a soft limit, so we won’t turn you off once you use the chat bot limit.
They are refreshing monthly.
Limit per account, not per proxy email.

6. Unlimited custom domains

Thank you. Let me know if you want to clarify anything.
