Q: Questions about WhatsApp Integration and IMAP Support in ProxiedMail
Hi Alex,
I have two questions about using ProxiedMail and would appreciate your guidance:
1. Is it possible to use ProxiedMail with WhatsApp cloud API , for example by integrating it using Webhooks? If this is possible, could you please provide a video or some guidance on the correct way to set this up?
2. I haven’t found any documentation about IMAP support. Is it possible to enable IMAP for ProxiedMail? If so, could you share the correct setup instructions?
Note: IMAP is important after a custom domain is enabled with an MX email record.

Thank you for reaching out to me.
1. We don’t have a direct integration with WhatsApp, but since we have Zapier integration maybe it would be possible to connect our api with WhatsApp. Since it’s not the wide use case I don’t think it would be possible to record the guide it unless we have a more requests.
2. IMAP is currently not supported. My apologies for that.
