Q: Upgrade Tier1 to Tier2: Personal Workspace vs. Team Workspaces
Just switched from Tier1 to Tier2, all previous content is now in a “personal” area that is displayed as a free plan. Also created a first team workspace which is currently empty. Is there a way to move the “personal” workspace to the team plan and continue to use it? Or can you assign credits to the personal area again?
I read from the other LTD community group that this an alternative to Straico. 1. How true ? 2. What is your advantage?
I won’t ask for the disadvantages as I do have Straico Tier 4.
Why I ask this questions is due to know more each product that I want to support. I am an LTD supporter and I have supported even if some of my LTD collections that I purchased are dead already.
I know the credits roll over for the first 3 months but after that 1500 credits for a tier 2 per month is really too low. Letting it rollover would allow for better and more flexible usage and allow stacking up for higher cost models.
A: We totally understand where you're coming from, and we appreciate the thoughtful suggestion. That said, we’re unable to offer unlimited rollover on Lifetime Deals. It’s not sustainable for LTDs. The 3-month rollover window is our way of offering flexibility while keeping things viable.
After the 3 months is up, will the unused credits be removed or will it still remain? Also which would be used first, the unused rollover credits or the monthly refreshed credits? Thank you! :)
Is the 3-month rollover window permanent, meaning we unused credits over the last three months will always be available in the future, or is it only the first three months after purchasing the deal?

Tier 4 only gets 30% API allowance. This is quite low; can you please consider increasing it? I would like to have at least 50% API allowance.
What happens if I run out of credit?
In each tier, we have a certain number of members and credits. For example, in T4 we have 100 members and 5000 credits. Is it 5000 credits per member, or all 5000 credits across all 100 members? So 50 credits each.
Roll over for the first three months. Can you explain more? For example, for T4, I don’t use it for three months, then I will have 15000 credits. By month 4, 5, 6 and on, do I have 15000 monthly credit or 5000 monthly credit?
Once the API product is released, will we given the opportunity to upgrade at one time cost?
