Repeated Errors
This has potential. I received errors more often than generated content.
The worst part is when I click help center in the platform nothing happens.
I got repeated errors when attempting to generate images and when trying to upload PDFs to a knowledge base.
Very unstable.

We’re actively updating the system almost daily, so it’s possible to run into some temporary issues while we roll out improvements. Stability is a top priority, and we’re working to make things smoother every week.
We have resolved the issue mentioned regarding nothing happens when clicking on the "Help Center". When one was in chatbot full screen and clicking on help center, it was not opening - it's fixed now! Thanks for bringing that up!
We’re especially making changes around file uploads and analysis. Sometimes, edge cases can appear — like specific PDF or CSV formats that don’t process as expected. It would really help if you could share more details with us at support@qolaba.ai or on our Discord server:

Also, with image generation — errors can occur if the content is flagged as NSFW or even slightly violent. These filters are required due to strict guidelines from our payment providers.
