I've just requested a refund.
I'm worried about the lack of support.
First time I tried support was about a month ago - the person on the other end was letting me know that they're knocking off. Okay no problem.
About a week ago I was checking at different hours and the support seemed to be offline.
Two days ago I left a message with no reply.
Once bitten, twice shy. Seems like the rate of reply is seemingly non-existent. Seems like another one of those products where the authors abandon it. Shame, it held promise...
