Q: Trial disabled?

Tried twice to do a free trial to test the tool - both times it signed up but said 0 credits so I can’t even see if it works. Is that intentional or is there an issue?

I uploaded my video via AI edit and it has been stuck at 58% for over 14 hours, I reached out via discord and was told to cut the length down to 12 minutes and try that out… The issue is that there was no 12 minute length restriction on my upload and it’s the same video length that I uploaded and was able to get my shorts and reels from… Also an issue is that I don’t have unlimited credits to “try” different things out… I would like to know what is going to be done with my 65 credits for AI edit where I didn’t get a video for the credits taken And if this is a problem with AI edit a suggestion would be to place limits on video uploads…
TikTok has started rolling out its Creativity Program to reward TikTokers for posting videos longer than a minute. It works like the Creator Fund, but only pays out for videos lasting longer than 60 seconds. So the produced shorts will give me no ROI?!
