If you want to conduct surveys, then Quizify is a no brainer and it's very response on mobile too all though designing for mobile could be a hit or miss since you don't see the changed in real time except after preview.

Support is superb. Not just for their collaboration but their openness to new ideas and suggestions .
The app is really cool though there is a small learning curve but that has been made easy with 'how to' tutorials.
