Q: How do I upgrade?
I’m trying to upgrade from T3 to the highest tier, but the AppSumo checkout is trying to charge me for the highest tier instead of allowing me to pay the difference.
What should I do?

May 29, 2025A: If you're seeing the full price instead of just the upgrade difference, it's usually because you're outside the refund period this is when AppSumo's system doesn't allow prorated upgrades. I recommend reaching out directly to AppSumo support; they can resolve this quickly for you.
