Q: Transcription editor

Hello, is your product able to use the transcription Editor to edit full length videos or just clips. I am very interested in your products to edit full length videos. If that is possible is there a time limit or upload size that would be imposed upon the transcription editing of those upload videos? Additionally are any of the upcoming editor features that I've seen mentioned in the comments going to be available to full length videos? Thank you

A: Hello, thank you for your question and for your interest in our transcription editor. Currently, the transcription editor is only available when working with clips and captions, not full-length videos. You can edit the clips generated by our system, and you do have the option to extend a clip up to 15 minutes within the editor. The same 15-minute limit applies to captions.

We are actively developing a new video editor that will allow you to edit full-length videos directly, not just clips. This upcoming editor will let you upload or import your entire video and edit as needed. At launch, it may not support full-length captions right away, but it will include many new features like transitions, sound effects, and both stock and AI-generated B-roll. We’re also planning to add the ability to create custom clips for even more flexibility.

In summary, full-length transcription editing isn’t available yet, but it’s a top priority and coming soon in 2 weeks hopefully. For now, editing is limited to clips and captions up to 15 minutes. As we roll out new features, we’ll expand these limits and add more options for full-length video editing. Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve the platform.

Thank you for your reply. I am mostly interested in the full length editor. Its a lot to invest in a feature that is in development when there is only a 30 day return period. Do you have a moment to hop on a call before the deal ends? How do I contact you?
