Unfortunately, all/most AI products work on LLMs and certain AI models that incur compute costs to produce the output. We cannot refund the credits however you can use editor to polish the clips if needed. We are working actively to make the clip creation as perfect as possible and before launching here and to the public we have ensured it has 90%+ accuracy in both reframing and topic selection.

The best way to guage this is to try it in free plan with all possible use-cases and see if works well. If it does you should buy it without a doubt, because it will improve from that point every week on its quality of clipping. If it fails do let us know so we can prioritize and improve that.
