Q: what functions are available to edit now ?
we do not have much to go on to appraise the tool !
I open a clip in editor but there is nothing ther
just edit the captions.
can not cut segments or remove parts via transcript, nothing
the questions and answers were selling this software as mature and worthy of higher pricing than most apps but it is bare bones and we are buying a roadmap !!
and lots have sold roadmaps in the past !!

First, to address your concern — “cannot cut segments or remove parts via transcript” — this is incorrect. We do offer both features. I’m unsure why they weren’t visible to you, but I’d be happy to send you a walkthrough video if you reach out via Intercom.
That said, while these features exist, the editor within the clipping workflow is not a full-fledged editor. The goal is to use AI to handle the heavy lifting and give you a curation editor for personalization and minor fixes.
A full AI editor is in progress, but it’s not launched yet because we want it to ship with all essential features. Our core value today is the ability to repurpose long-form videos into fully edited, ready-to-publish clips that expand your distribution quickly.
This deal reflects what we offer right now, not what’s on the roadmap. If you see value in what exists today, we’re a great fit. If you need a traditional video editor today and don’t want to rely on what’s coming, this may not be the right deal for you.
