Q: Can you elaborate on Widgets?
Hello - Can you explain what widgets are and what plans are required for them? Do they apply to forms? Where can I get to them?

May 4, 2025A: **Widgets** are interactive video elements you can embed into your website using RecRam. The most common example is a **video pop-up in the bottom right corner** (e.g., *Magnet*) that welcomes visitors or collects feedback.
* They are integrated with the **Forms module**, combining video guidance and form interaction.
* Available on **all paid plans** (customization options vary by plan).
* Can be accessed from the dashboard via **Magnet** or **Forms > Widgets**, where you can activate and embed the code into your site.
Example: A visitor sees a video pop-up while browsing your site, watches it, and can then respond via video or fill out a form.

Thanks for that info. Do you have something like a feedback button/tab that affixes to the side of a page that can be used to launch the form? And any videos or docs that explain this or widgets? I don't see widgets when I navigate to the Forms page.

Hello, of course you can review the documents below.
