Q: How do you calculate submission chats
Lets take an example
Scenario 1. Does it count all the bubble message as submission chats
user: Hi, I would like to book an appointment/
agent: What time do you want to book?
user: tomorrow 4 PM
agent: Perfect, I have confirmed you booking at 4 PM Tomorrow.
Total chat bubble are 4 so does it count 4 submission chats?

Scenario 2. Does it calculate whole chat with 4 bubble as in 1 submission chats ?
Also does it count in a per day basis or each chat session ?

Great question!
In Release0, submission chats are counted per session, not per message bubble.
So in your example:
Scenario 1:
• Although there are 4 chat bubbles (user and agent messages), this is considered 1 submission chat, because it’s part of a single conversational session.
Scenario 2:
• Yes, exactly, the entire chat session counts as 1 submission, regardless of how many bubbles are exchanged.
Additionally a session is counted as soon as there is a response from the user so just opening an agent will not count as a session unless the user generates any type of interaction with the agent.
Submission limits are tracked monthly (not daily), and are tied to each Workspace.
