I purchased tier 3, had issues saving and generating videos, they just freeze wheneber i press either function
I reached out o the discord server, had no response
There's no support or help function on the platform? Giving me bad vibes it's going to close down
There's a bug clearly and no feedback doesn't help customers see it being resolved
I've logged out numerous times, tried to upload the video in different projects and still the same issue
