Honestly, the reason it gets a 5 taco is because it's pretty straight forward and it does everything its supposed to do.

Here are some things I don't like.

1) this is the worst part - if you try to search all states, it will only give you a very small amount of scrapes (I learned this the hard way). you HAVE TO download their 36,000 cities and then import those cities and scrape that way. for instance, I scraped all 50 states and got 10,000 contacts, and when I imported and scraped the 36,000 cities, then I got over 26,000 contacts, and I am still scraping. i could end up with 1,000,000 contacts. who knows. its been over 12 hours and I'm still scraping. as far as my current progress, Its only scraped 500 of the 36,000 cities. lol.

2) Keywords, I wish there was a dropdown list or something to choose from there. but not the end of the world that its straight typing.

3) locations - same thing here, would be great if there was a dropdown for countries / states, etc. If you want to do all 50 states in the US, you literally have to type out every abbreviation, which is cumbersome and could be repetitive.

4) they could have given more description and instructions on this thing.

5) some scraped companies may not have an email or a phone number - which makes it hard to contact someone.

6) the page limit per city/keyword is confusing. whats it mean and whats the point of it?

7) the domain inclusion is confusing - no idea what that is.

8) scraping takes a really long time. so if you make a mistake, it could be costly.

9) I wish this was cloud based, but I understand why it's not.

OVERALL, for the price, and for what it does, it is totally worth it. For me, I created a hitlist of people I want to call without having to do the manual work myself. Highly recommend.
