Is DM automation included in your plans? And do those automated DMs count towards to number of max comments per month (per tier)? If so, those caps are quite low...

Yes, DM automation is included in all our plans.
And you’re right — every automated DM sent is triggered by a new comment, and we count each of those new incoming comments as 1 comment credit toward your monthly limit.
