Q: Limits apply also on moderation?
Hi! I am trying to understand the limits better.
For example, suppose I buy the 1050 comments per month.
Will the service still work to hide "dangerous" comments? I mean, is 1050 comments/month a limit on replies, or does it also count as "moderation"? If so, that would be a shame, it's a great idea, but then if the company I'm protecting gets targeted, I can't really keep up and stop protecting the brand after 1050 (or even by buying two three tiers, 2100) comments.

Yes, the 1050 comments/month limit applies to all INCOMING COMMENTS. Every comment gets analized once it comes in and replient.ai will generate suggestions right away to make your work faster. Also when hiding a comment it will count towards the limit.
