Q: Manual Replies
You mentioned that manual replies are only available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. Is there any way to manually respond on the Lite plan—perhaps by editing an AI-suggested reply and sending a custom message instead?

Thats not correct, you can use manual replies, comment templates and edit AI-suggestions in all our plans, including all AppSumo Tiers.
So everything is included here :-)
