Q: Question about training
Hello!
I manage events that recurrently happen every year.
But every year... dates change, information about it, the guests that will show up, etc.
Can I train this system with proprietary documentation, like PDF files or text, and not only on past interactions?

Jun 23, 2025A: Hi there, yes you can pass documents like pdfs + website URLs as well to our AI for training. But historic interactions will get more importance then added documents.
In case of events you can also add a custom instruction at the time of the event to give additional information for each suggestion generations!
