Q: With 350 comments in first plan does it also count automation message as well
What I want to know is 350 comments does it means only about manual comments or it will also count the automation custom message sent to that total count of comments

Our Tier 3 plan includes 1,050 comments per month, which can be split across up to 3 brands. So it doesn't have to be split evenly with 350 comments per month - its a total user limit. Each new incoming comment counts towards the limit, as we generate AI sentiment and 3 AI answers for each new incoming comment. So it also counts for automations that you send with a manual response, as we still generate the 3 suggestions for you, even if you choose not to send it.
Direct messages (DMs) do not count toward your monthly comment limit, but this feature is still in beta and only available on our Pro and Enterprise plans for now. We will make AI available for DMs soon - for now its only in manual mode.
