A great tool from a great team
I've got another tool, VistaSocial, which I use for much for my business' social media needs; however, after reviewing Replient, it was clear that I was missing out on a ton of features that I didn't even know I needed. One of the must have deals from Appsumo if you need this type of software.
So lately I feel that a lot Sumo deals have been lacking, not quite what is promised, or buggy, and as a result I have had more returns this last 12 months than I have in all previous years. HOWEVER, this is not one of them; Replient.ai was exactly what I wanted to track comments on all socials, and have replies ready to go.
If you're looking for a tool that helps you manage social comments so they don't slip through the cracks, then this tool is perfect.
