I’ve also built out full DM flows (finally ditched our old chatbot setup), and the auto-moderation is incredibly straight on brand voice - it clears out bad comments almost instantly.

Another major win: it detects spam messages right away and blocks them, plus it can filter negativity automatically. That alone makes our community space way more positive.
