Refund! It is a vitaminized trial mode
I'm sorry to be so harsh with this criticism, and I completely understand that the creators of this tool want to make the most profit, but this is Appsumo, a platform where the bet is on both sides: the creator finds initial funding with an immature product, and the users get a leg up if the tool goes ahead before a more robust commercialization.
This is the first time in all the products I've purchased from APPSUMO that I feel like this is nothing more than a supercharged trial, with excessively low limits and a supposed in-app offer that, if you do the math, 10,000 comments with a whole manychat is cheaper than "this supposed offer."
I'm sorry, I think this deal, despite being a very promising tool, is in the wrong place.

We want to clarify: offering 1.050 comments per month in our extremely affordable LTD Tier 3 isn’t meant to be a "trial mode." In fact, it’s a real working version at a price point where we’re not making a profit at all — but it's structured so that replient.ai can survive long-term, far beyond the 60 days of an AppSumo deal.
🌱 Unlimited comments simply wouldn’t be sustainable for us because many of our AI components come with real ongoing costs. To ensure a very good answer quality the many tools in the background are not cheap ;-)
We also noticed your comparison to ManyChat — while it's a great tool for automations, replient.ai is focused primarily on AI-powered comment suggestions. Our main goal is to help users save time when managing and replying to social media comments, which is a completely different core use case.
It sounds like there might have been a little mix-up in understanding the key benefit of replient.ai. 🤖✨ We focus on saving time when answering comments with AI, and not just basic keyword automations -> for just this I would understand, if the price seemed to high.
