Q: I have this on Briefcase and just spent 45 minutes trying to get this setup.
Got nothing but unhelpful, cheeky remarks from the chat support, and still am not able to get it working. When I try to click 'Create New Dashboard Now' the button lights up red and says 'FAILED' and then reverts back to the original blue button. Very frustrating setup and interface.

Sorry for the bad experience. Have in mind that the tool is new, but we are fixing all the minor bugs in the matter of time.
Hope you had the chance to finish your onboarding and to play with the tool.
