The only Appsumo company to ever screw me over
I need to warn people about my experience with Reportz and why I will never do business with them again.
I bought into their first LTD back in 2018. I redeemed the code, set up an account, saved the login to my password manager then went on with my life. During covid I circled back and tried to set up the account to actually use it, and the login and password no longer worked. so I reset it. No luck.
So I reached out to support and they said I never set up an account.
Right - is that why I had the login information saved in my password manager AND I was on their email list? I had never been to their site before, never even heard of them until they appeared on Appsumo and yet it's almost like I had an account.
Because I did. I remember setting it up, saving the login info, and login out.
So be careful with this one. I don't think they're trustworthy people, but I'm just a guy with 65 other lifetime deals under my belt and having only been screwed over by one of them talking. (It's this one)
And if Reportz replies to this review: Yes I know support said they checked the Slack feed and there was no mention that I signed up, but is it not also possible that something went awry with your system or Slack? Because I know I created an account, and there's no other way I would be on your email list.

Great tool, not great customer service

I created a simple dashboard just to get some order volume from my woocommerce-shop. there is nothing special. just the order volume und the number of orders. described my problem four times, sending screenshots... i have been waiting for a solution or feedback for 6 weeks now. no chance to get my money back. that's really sweaty. just talking to chatbot sofija and explaining rad my story again and again and again.

No support - returning my codes
Posted this before but it was declined under the then guidelines. Now that the guidelines have changed to be able to highlight support issues, I am reposting. Glad for the new rules.

Sign up was easy and I was able to connect all my accounts except 1. I tried contacting support. There is a bot who didn't understand my question and no way to contact a real person.
I placed a question on the AppSumo page asking how to contact support. After a week, it hasn't been answered. Bugs are fine when there is great support. When there's no support, I run.
