Bad Support
I created a simple dashboard just to get some order volume from my woocommerce-shop. there is nothing special. just the order volume und the number of orders. described my problem four times, sending screenshots... i have been waiting for a solution or feedback for 6 weeks now. no chance to get my money back. that's really sweaty. just talking to chatbot sofija and explaining rad my story again and again and again.

May 19, 2025Hi Oliver,
I understand your frustration, and I apologize that this experience didn't meet your expectations.
Our support team worked extensively with you on this WooCommerce integration issue, including live chat sessions where we tested your API endpoints in real-time using Postman. We were able to confirm that:
• Your API credentials were working correctly
• Order data was successfully retrieved from your WooCommerce store
• Your second website Woocommerce integration was functioning properly
The technical diagnosis revealed that the sales reporting issue stemmed from WooCommerce Analytics being disabled on your store, which meant the lookup tables weren't populated with sales data—this is why the API returned zero values despite having actual orders.
We provided detailed steps to resolve this in your store's WordPress dashboard, along with screenshot documentation.
While I understand this wasn't the quick fix you were hoping for, this type of WooCommerce configuration issue requires changes on the store side that we can guide you through but cannot directly implement.
For other users experiencing similar issues: WooCommerce reporting problems are typically resolved by enabling WooCommerce Analytics and regenerating the lookup tables through WooCommerce → Status → Tools.
We're always here to help troubleshoot integration issues and provide the technical guidance needed to get your dashboards working properly.
Best regards,
Rad
