Bad support

I got stack on the first dashboard. I got consistent error that was not clear how to solve. I clicked help icon, but it lead to 404. So I wrote to a chat. I was replied by a bot that had a human avatar. When I sent her a screenshot and she asked the question that are clear from screenshot, I guessed she is not human. I asked to be connected to human. Well, it was weekend, so nobody connected. I asked for the emai (you can't find it yourself on the website). I wrote to the email she provided. And guess what? I received the same (unhelpful) reply from the same bot. So I have waited a 1.5 days, no reply from support. So I refund, though generally it looks nice and would be very useful...

If you have a raw product with high risk of glitches, you should not shelter you human support after a bot who cannot interpret screenshots and understand the problem.
