This was a 5/5 for me until it wasn't. The code stopped working, dashboards became inaccessible, and to make matters worse, I had shared these with clients. The online chat featured a human who ultimately did not reply, leading them to install a chatbot. I emailed support@, only to be met with the same chatbot telling me to email team@, then the very same chatbot instructing me to email team@ again. Truly awful customer service; what a shame for such a simple yet useful product.
