Support Matters
Buyers beware, the system is buggy and I get it...it happens when pulling data from platforms that can switch up api's.
BUT, if you don't have support to address setup issues for clients you are wasting our money and hurting your reputation.
The Ai bot that does support is a time waster and can't remember or follow along the conversation thats in the same chat session. A real person should step in and look at the issues.
The founder touts that the company has been going strong since 2018...well in that case there is no reason for having support this bad.
If your an agency intesrested in whitelabelling the reports that go to your client this software is NOT the answer, to buggy.
