Q: Do you really think your agency tiers are suitable for agencies?
Even your top agency tier - Tier5 $599 for 40 candidates - is not suitable for small agencies. Since you wrongly mention as unlimited resumed in this deal, many people may wrongly buy it based on that. But once they understand that it is only for 40 candidates, they are going to refund it. So explicitly mention that the highest tier is only for generating resumes for 40 candidates but multiple times for the same candidates. Otherwise you will be surprised by the number of refunds later.

You’re right—our agency tiers (including Tier 5) currently allow you to manage up to 40 unique candidates at a time, with the ability to create unlimited resumes and versions for each candidate and allows users rotation as well. This was based on initial feedback from agencies who typically package ResumeUp.AI as part of their own services, giving their clients access to create and update resumes as needed.
We understand this may not be ideal for agencies with larger candidate volumes, and we’re actively exploring higher-capacity plans and more flexible options. I also agree that the product listing should be clearer to avoid any confusion, and we’ll work on making this distinction more prominent.
