Q: Errors

I've contacted support and received no response. I purchased at level 2 so I could share a couple accts with friends in need of your platform and they get errors when they try to establish an acct via the invite email. Can I get some help?
I even hate that I have to come on appsumo with this request. this should be handled on your website. I would view this as a red flag.
