Q: Contest?
Can I use the games to create a contest where one lucky winner gets 100% off? Or do the incentives have to be randomized to the point that I don't have any control over how many of each unique discount is offered?

Yes, you can absolutely run a campaign without assigning any coupon codes upfront and collect leads. Once the campaign ends, you can select a lucky winner manually from the entries.
Alternatively, you can also use a leaderboard and award the prize to the top scorer.
