I have contacted your support team multiple times in regard to Instagram videos and regular posts not working. When will this be fixed, please?
I connected my Instagram and Facebook accounts, but TikTok appears to be connected even though it is not. I didn't want to post these issues here, but I have been waiting for about 2 weeks now for a fix.

Instagram Video & Regular Post Issues We’re actively working on resolving these. The video posting issue stems from an API error when uploading longer videos. Additionally, we’ve improved failure tracking for Instagram text posts to provide clearer insights.
We’ve received multiple requests for an API and are currently discussing offering one. While it’s not available yet, we’d love to hear more about your use case what kind of automation are you looking to build?
Well it allows us to build on to what you all do so a lot of times if your missing a feature, instead of hassling you about it(assuming I NEED it ASAP), I can just set up my own workflow via Make/boost, Activepieces, Zapier, or similar to fill the gaps.
I have not tested RobinReach yet, so it will depend on the workflow I settle into and the feature gaps I need to jump over.
That makes perfect sense! We’ll take this into account as we continue discussing API access. If you do start using RobinReach and identify specific workflows where an API would help, feel free to share your insights
I think you all have a lot of features but if I am going to max out a software that I already automate most of, it needs to have the ability to be versatile, and thats what an API can do for you.
Thats the difference of buying T1 to test out and check on things and a T3 because I know I will be able to use it forever no matter how my workflow changes, because I can make something work.
Q: Make.com or Webhooks
Will you all have a Make.com or webhook integration before the refund period expires?

Yes, off the top of my head - I create a lot of my content inside of a notion workflow, specially a notion database. I have multiple make.com automations in that workflow, but the taking the content from the notion database to a schedule platform is manual. I would like to push a button in notion to trigger a webhook that would bring that content into your platform ready to schedule

Q: Transcription and Captions
If I have my own videos can your service transcribe from Mandarin? Can it also provide .srt files and upload those to the various social media sites as well?
A: Hello There, Currently, we do not provide transcription or .srt file support. You can upload your video, and we will publish it as it is to the selected channels.
So to be clear if I do my own transcription and have my own srt files. Your service can not upload those to various social media sites at the same time? If not, do you see this in your short-term roadmap?
Currently, we do not support uploading .srt files along with videos. At the moment, videos are published as they are to the selected channels. However, adding support for captions is something we are considering for future updates.
Q: Can't add brand
I bought Tier 3 two days ago and was very excited to get it going. I was initially going to try it out with my own account and two client accounts.
I added all three brands, so I saw how to do that (thought it could be a bit more intuitive by adding the Add Brand link to the dropdown no matter which one you're signed in on). Somehow one of the brands got made twice (quite possibly user error, perhaps I renamed my own brand and also overwrote the logo for it, not sure), but since it looked like one brand was on there twice I deleted one, but now I'm unable to add new brands.
I had a chat that night and was told it would be sent to the devs, but never heard anything back. Followed up with a chat today and have been waiting for another response.
My question is: Is there anything I can do to get this going? I'd like to start using it.
