Q: Transcription and Captions
If I have my own videos can your service transcribe from Mandarin? Can it also provide .srt files and upload those to the various social media sites as well?

You can upload your video, and we will publish it as it is to the selected channels.

Currently, we do not support uploading .srt files along with videos.
At the moment, videos are published as they are to the selected channels.
However, adding support for captions is something we are considering for future updates.
