I had a little bit of a problem getting something set up and I had such quick responses via email. When we couldn't resolve it via email, I was invited to a quick video call and the issue was fixed immediately. I really appreciate such proactive support!
As for the product itself, it's incredible. It has so many features I didn't think I would use that I find myself using (like hashtag generation, Canva, and PostNitro integration). I am saving myself so much time with RobinReach, and the devs' responsiveness has been top-notch. I definitely recommend it!
