We haven't started working on it yet. 2022 Q1 most probably.
Thanks,
This has got to be the single most asked question on Appsumo - yet never prepopulated to the FAQ on any deal. WHY?
We are going to pass through all the Questions and add them to our FAQ. Thanks for asking.
Hi very interesitng product. GDPR compliance is a must for me but How is this not GDPR compliant? By that I mean to presume running on our own machine/server the data is not passing to any external server other than those of services we chose to add to a flow? What data is shared with you?
In the OnPrem/Server version is it possible to just host on an internal server - there don't appear to be notes to do this just cloud compute.
Thanks
Hi,
- Currently only "Debug node" pumps the data from the robot to your Flow Designer for only you to see the results. This data is moved through SSL without any logging, just a pass-through from our servers - robot web socket to designer web socket.
- But we plan to encrypt this data too for only you to decrypt.
Other than this if you disable Debug nodes after you do your development with test data, nothing goes out from your robot. Everything stays in your machine. So in theory this is also in your control. Also while running Scheduled Flows robots does not pump data if any Debug node is present. This would be useless since there is no Flow Designer for you to see the results.
For the GDPR we don't keep or process your data. The only data we get from you is your name and email. We use some analytics tools, chat tools that may use this data. But GDPR compliance is complicated so to be on the safe side I say we are not compliant with GDPR and let you know.
Best
For your on-prem question. We support on-prem installation of our servers to your own Kubernetes Cluster, and connect your robots to your cluster. But LTD does not cover this option.
Best,
