Q: I had thought to buy this for months now Could you please guide me in these :

Part 1/2
1. somewhere I read two bots can’t run on the same desktop /computer . Is this true & if yes is this limiting if I purchase higher tiers ?
2. Do I need cloud to overcome this limitation
3. Unlimited users means unlimited internal staff members or unlimited clients ?
4. If answer to above is unlimited clients does 20 bots limit the scalability ?
5. Or should we plan some flexible deployment of 20 bots in different time frame to service 25 clients ?
6. How many clients can I service using the top tier vs tier 4
7. Is there any onboarding / hand holding by your team for the first project that we would implement for a client ? If yes which tier would that qualify for .
8. What transformational projects can be done using this tool out of the box to secure the first client 😊

A: 1. You can run all your robots on a single machine or distribute them across multiple machines it depends on the nature of the automation. For example, for desktop automation it is like connecting two keyboards and mice to one computer and trying to use them simultaneously it’s not possible. However, with web automation, robots can run processes in the background and operate in parallel. The same applies to API-based integrations.

2. No, you don’t need separate machines for each robot. You can install and manage all your robots from a single powerful machine. We use high-performance machines that can host dozens of robots, efficiently handling multiple customer projects.

3. You can add unlimited workspace users as admins and rpa developers and users for your agents. We recently introduced collaboration features for our projects, but which now when you asked sparked the idea of enabling external access. While we already support Guest users, that is mostly used for Freelancers, we can consider to develop more granular permissions like allowing guests to access only specific agent assistants. This would let you use your workspace to serve clients, giving them access only to the chatbot interfaces you like, and not the underlying robots or the designer or the admin console, just the agents dashboard.

4–5. Production robots are unattended robots, can be scheduled and programmed to run your automations. You can think of them like employees on shifts scheduling a task from 9–10 AM for one client and from 11–12 for another. It depends on the duration of each task. We also offer application robots used by agents. These operate as slots: for instance, if you have 20 agents, you can launch an instance of one using those slots. Once an instance is deleted, the slot becomes available again. Agents can be conversational automations linked to flows (think them as like OpenAI’s GPT) or standalone apps like Outreach Video Creator, SEO AI Writer, or Video Dubber.

6. It depends on the task. Some agency users run our Outreach Video Creator automation to generate hundreds or even thousands of outreach videos for their clients.

7. I recommend reaching out to our solutions experts via our Discord community or Robomotion.io. They can help you build your first projects and guide you through the process so you can take over maintenance and updates later on.

8. The hard part about RPA is that it can do almost anything just like asking what Python or Java can be used for. RPA is a tool for automating repetitive, manual tasks, and the possibilities are virtually limitless. Combining different tools and AI can lead to transformational automation solutions.
