I'm evaluating Robomotion for our organization's browser automation projects and have several specific questions regarding functionality:
Browser Profile & Proxy Management:
- Does Robomotion support external browser profile management tools like Incogniton?
- Can we implement custom browser profiles within your platform?
- Is there built-in proxy IP integration for our automation workflows?
Team Collaboration Features:
- Does Robomotion offer workspace functionality for team collaboration?
- Could you clarify the permission differences between guest, member, and admin roles?
- What specific actions can each role perform within the platform?

Our LTDs does not have Proxy.
- We have a team collaboration feature, it was also a recent addition: https://github.com/robomotionio/robomotion-next/releases/tag/v25.4.0
- Admins only has access to Admin Console, they can see all the projects in a workspace, can share with other users. - Members are RPA Developers who can not access Admin Console but use Designer, they have access to robots in workspace to connect from their machine. Guests have no access to Admin Console and has no robot lists accesss, they can work in Designer and connect the robots which you have given the access token for.
- We have future plans to improve collaboration like fine-grained robot permissions to each user + and later with new Designer real-time collaboration in the designer with multiple developers.
