Q: What if I wanted it to submit data to a government website to file?
If I created a form to collect data and have this robot submit it on a website like IRS to get a EIN. Would this be able to handle that task?

Yes, absolutely, you can do that. We have similar automations in place. You can use a form to collect data, which is then added to a queue to trigger a robot. The robot can process the data, open a browser, fill out the necessary information on the government website (such as the IRS for EIN applications), take screenshots, download reports or files, and finally send everything via email.
