Q: what are use case of role.so

I often wanted to invite a lot of people to fill out the survey with different information, such as collecting opinions and selecting options from the given choices. I would like to know the role I should take. Can you please tell me? Thank you. What are other use cases of role.so?

A: Hey,

Thanks for reaching out with your question.

There are several use cases for Role.so. At core you can use it as a replacement for generic job descriptions, as it offers a lot of powerful tools out of the box. In essence you can create a job landing page, plug it into your cold outreach message and, through mass-personalisation at URL level, attract better qualified candidates, while strengthening your employer brand.

Still on the recruitment side of things, the platform caters for small business and solo talent partners, as it offers a way to save time on setting up the hiring process and pipeline. For larger companies and more established agencies it does offer ways to enhance their outreach as it can integrate effortlessly into their existing flow.

Some creative things customer do with Role.so: when candidates apply for a role, they are required to also add their phone number. Recruiters then setup a text message follow up sequences and automations via Webhooks and platforms such as Make, Zapier or Integrately.

While heavily geared towards recruitment, since almost everything can be customised, there are several customers who use Role.so in different ways. One of the most popular use cases is using these pages as lead magnet, from automotive industry to events and even real estate in some cases.

To be fully transparent, while my current focus for the mid to long term will still revolve around recruitment, there's a world where I might expand the offering to cater for a wider audience, as explained above.

I hope I understood correctly your initial question, but do let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,
Adrian

P.S. There are a few use cases on the main website as well, you can find them in the main nav under "Use cases".
