Unprofessional Support, Buggy Platform, and Not Worth Your Money

Rollout might sound promising, but my experience with it has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Not only is the platform full of bugs and incomplete functionalities, but the developer’s attitude towards customers is downright unacceptable.

User Experience: Poorly Executed with Unfriendly Support

At first, Rollout appears to be a powerful tool for building websites. However, it quickly becomes clear that it only produces basic landing pages. Despite suggesting that multiple pages can be created, everything is forced onto a single page, making the entire experience feel unfinished and misleading.

The system generates a menu, implying that creating multiple pages is possible, but in reality, you have to manually build them afterward. It’s a broken promise wrapped in false expectations.

Functionality That Barely Exists

The platform is also incredibly buggy. Simple requests like a toggle button for a dark/light theme were completely ignored. And when the button was finally generated, it had no functionality whatsoever.

Furthermore, API integration is non-existent. Trying to build even the most basic dynamic features, like a message-posting dashboard, is impossible. It feels like the platform’s claims are vastly overstated, and what you actually get is a messy, unreliable system that can’t deliver even the simplest functionalities.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Support

The most shocking part of my experience has been the developer’s responses to legitimate concerns and questions. The replies are often filled with sarcasm, condescension, and outright dismissal of user feedback. This is not just my experience—there are numerous examples of Rollout’s developer responding in a similarly disrespectful and unprofessional manner to other users.

It’s genuinely baffling to me that AppSumo allows such a tool to be sold on their platform and accepts such horrendous customer service from a vendor. This is not just about bugs and unfinished functionalities; it’s about a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward paying customers.

Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs

Rollout might have potential, but its current state is nowhere near acceptable. With a buggy platform and a developer who clearly has no interest in actually helping users, this product is a waste of time and money.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this tool. And frankly, I’m surprised and disappointed that AppSumo continues to host this product and tolerate such rude, unprofessional behavior from the developer.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Even the free version isn’t worth your time.

"A Beautiful Illusion?"
Ah, yes, the classic tale of "I thought it was magic, but it’s just really good design." You see, Rollout is like a fine wine—complex, sophisticated, and not meant to be guzzled by amateurs. The fact that you expected multiple pages to materialize out of thin air is adorable. We suggest possibilities, but we also believe in teaching you the art of creation. Consider it a life lesson in patience and effort. You’re welcome.

"Functionality That Simply Doesn’t Work"
Oh, the tragedy of the toggle button that didn’t toggle! Truly, Shakespearean levels of heartbreak. But let’s be real: if you wanted a button to work perfectly on the first try, maybe you should’ve asked nicely. Or, you know, read the manual. As for your dashboard dreams, darling, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is your API-integrated masterpiece. Rollout is a platform for visionaries, not for those who expect miracles before breakfast.

Final Verdict: Is Rollout Worth It?
Oh, sweet summer child, Rollout isn’t just worth it—it’s a privilege. The fact that you’re even allowed to use the free version is a gift from the tech gods. But if you’re looking for perfection right out of the gate, perhaps you should try building your own platform. We’ll wait. Sips tea.

In conclusion, Rollout is not for the faint of heart or the easily frustrated. It’s for the bold, the daring, and those who appreciate the beauty of a work in progress. So, take a deep breath, embrace the chaos, and remember: greatness takes time. Or, you know, just stick to your static landing pages. We won’t judge. Much.

Yours ever so sincerely,
Rollout (The Platform You Love to Hate)
